Step 1 - Management Setup
Management have the ability to create project and assign users to departments and teams.

Once users are assigned, the management can start assigning tasks to their assets, the QR Code labels are automatically generated. We suggest laminating the printed QR Codes for shop floor environments.

Step 2 - Shopfloor
Task Completion
Once management has assigned tasks to your team on the shopfloor via the OPEX Scan app, they can then scan the QR Code on the relevant asset, and will be given a list of the tasks they need to complete through the elements chosen by management, as shown in the examples below.

Step 3 - Task Tracking
Management can then view or edit tasks within a project, adding or editing elements as and when needed.
Management can also view project tasks at a high level, viewing total responses, pass percentage and last response, or view task history in depth, and any elements such as images taken by the team on the shop floor.
